Welcome to my personal collection of (sometimes) healthy recipes and family favs. You’ll also find skill and preservation tutorials too. (i.e. jams, sauces, freezer jams, freezing veggies, helpful techniques, etc…)
Most of the recipes found here are of the whole food, whole wheat, lots of veggies, good-for-you sort. But let’s face it, I like the occasional sugary naughty nibble, and don’t worry you’ll find those sorts of recipes here too!
Also, many of my recipes are geared for cancer patients/ survivors and their caregivers pursuing a holistic low-sugar diet. Cancer fighter/survivor nutrition and health is one of my (many) passions. If you have any questions regarding this subject, please don’t be shy.
I consider a recipe the start of a journey and I frequently travel off the path to amazing destinations. You should too!
