Crock pot Cream cheese chicken

This is one of my daughters favorite meals. Super easy and tasty.

Cook boneless skinless thighs or breasts on low in chicken broth /stock (2 cups?)  seasoned with Italian spices. Once chicken is cooked, remove, shred and return to crock with a block of cream cheese. Melt cream cheese in. I will often add uncooked rotini in the last 30 min. This helps absorb some of the broth. If it turns out thick, I will cook the noodles separately. Grate fresh Parmesan and 2 cups frozen peas at the end. image
