Freezer jam

Making strawberry freezer jam with my favorite little gal. We make a great team! Earlier in the day we (A, M, and I) picked 15# of strawberries.
Whew….

Then we tackled Costco

Double whew…

We started to process them at 9pm, to help kill some time before Guy got home from work. Max had already passed our naked on our bedroom floor, ha! Well, it’s quarter to 12am and 1/4 of the strawberries remain and 10 half pints of jam are setting up.

Triple whew…

I plan to pass out immediately after devouring my homemade strawberry yogurt.
