Going to the zoo zoo zoo

We went to the zoo today with my mom, grandma C. It was a glorious day, the weather could not be beat! We saw, no lions, or tigers, or bears but plenty of penguins, caribou, snow monkeys, and farm animals to placate our animal curiosities. I wish a camera was in hand to capture Maxwell’s expressions feeding the goats. Ranging from ecstatic to down right scared immediately back to ecstatic. Amelia squealed as the goats licked the feed from her hand. Both children asking for more feed. Best dollar spent all day! We played at the park, ate our packed lunches, and mom walked more swiftly than I have ever seen in years. Way to go mom! I am so proud of you! Next time we will coast through both outdoor trails. The kids had a blast as did I. Thanks again for the season pass mom and dad!
